ClowID is a Swedish tech startup based in Mälmo, Sweden.

They provide an all-in-one customer engagement platform for merchants that includes sending digital receipts, loyalty program with marketing tools, as well as a APP for final consumers to store and manage digital receipts and different loyalty programs in one place.

  • There is a disconnection between merchants and final consumer. The merchant don’t know their clients and cannot retain them after a purchase without an external loyalty program. In addition to that, there is a lot of wasted paper with traditional paper receipt.

  • Design an all-in-one platform that allows small and medium merchants to:

    • Know better their customers with real time customer insights.

    • They will save trees by sending digital receipts instead of paper

    • Target and retain their customers thanks to an integrated Loyalty program system that will send promotions directly to the ClowID App

    Design ClowID APP for final consumers to:

    • Store and manage digital receipts

    • Create business expenses with folders

    • Store all loyalty programs in one place

    • Get access to instant promotions

    • Create and develop the product
